The bloodroot studio is located in the Maplewood business district on the second floor of the Sutton Place building, at 7370 Manchester Road. The studio is up one flight of stairs, however clients with concerns about mobility can use our contact form to inquire about accommodations.

There is ample parking available behind the building on Marietta Ave, as well as along Manchester Road.

In the bloodroot studio, we aim to make every client feel safe, comfortable, and at ease. Every massage is an immersive sensory experience, and we try to keep that in mind with all aspects of the space. Because we are a small studio and only take clients by appointment, you and your therapist often have the place to yourself. You are welcome to leave your shoes at the door and have a seat on the couch while we settle in. On your way out, help yourself to a snack as you transition back into your day.

There is no rush while filling out paperwork, and no hurry through the consultation - your massage time does not begin until you are on the table. Prioritizing communication with clients and learning their needs for every individual session allows for each person to get exactly what they’re looking for. These needs can also include several aspects of the space, like room temperature or volume of the music. Every client is encouraged to vocalize not only discomfort, but preference.
